TALCOTT MOUNTAIN MUSIC FESTIVAL   2008

EMERGENCY SERVICES TEAM
 

Greetings to all past and prospect new Emergency Services and Handicapped Assistance Volunteers.

 

It’s Spring and the Hartford Symphony Orchestra has turned it’s thoughts to the thirteenth annual Talcott Mountain Music Festival.

 

Six performances have been scheduled for this year:

 

Friday, June 27th	Midsummer Mozart
Friday, July 4th	Celebrate America – fireworks
Sunday, July 5th	Celebrate America – fireworks
Friday, July 11th	Spectrum - a Tribute to Motown and R&B
Wednesday, July 16th	Classical Mystery Tour - A Beatles Tribute
Friday, July 18th	Movie Classics - Conductor Jeff Tyzik

 

 

If you are interested in volunteering for one or more for these dates, please let me know.

Volunteers are expected to arrive at the site by 5PM and remain until most patrons have left area.  A parking area for volunteers is provided.  The number of emergency services personnel at each performance may be limited; preference will be given to the earliest replies and last year’s participants

 

Each volunteer receives free admittance to the performance and one guest ticket.
